Holiday Booking Arrangements

Because Townhouse Pet Care loves not just their guests, but their team members, too, we have special hours and limited services during holidays. Here is a breakdown of hours and services by holiday. Please note, that while we may be closed to the public on a holiday, we will always be present to care for our furry guests.

Hours

  • New Years Eve, December 31st: Regular Business Hours

  • New Years Day, January 1st: 9-10 am; 2-4:30 pm

  • Memorial Day, Last Monday of May: Regular Business Hours

  • Fourth of July, July 4th: Closed

  • Labor Day, First Monday of September: Regular Business Hours

  • Thanksgiving, Last Thursday of November: Closed

  • Christmas Eve, December 24th: 9-10 am; 2-4:30 pm

  • Christmas Day, December 25th: Closed

Policies

  • All holidays listed above incur a $5 surcharge just for the night of the holiday.

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for any stays that occur during the week of any of the above listed holidays. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, however if the reservation is fulfilled the deposit will apply toward your stay.

Services

  • Grooming appointments are not available on the major holidays, or the day before and after: Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • Playtime services are also not available on the above listed major holidays. However, feel free to ask us about our holiday dinner special!

  • We do not offer pick-ups or drop-offs on our “Closed” holidays, as we will be very busy caring for our furry guests!
